The implementation of the device was conducted in PHILVOLCS.The study aims to provide monitoring earthquake intensity and to have weather monitored every 6 hours daily and saves lives in case sudden event occurs. The researchers designed a fully working personal and portable Weather prediction and Earthquake Monitoring System with GSM Module that can send SMS Notification to the user and to the computer interface.
