Abstract

Although the number of traffic accidents in our country has decreased year by year in recent 10 years, it is still one of the countries with high incidence of traffic accidents in the world. EDR (Event Data Recorder) can obtain the parameters which can not be obtained by the traditional accident investigation, and it becomes an important supplementary content of the traffic accident database.. According to the requirements of EDR low-speed crash test, this paper designed a plate form trailer for test. Through processing and test verification, the structural optimization of the plate form trailer body, steering mechanism and test vehicle fixed device is carried out. After structural optimization, the compatibility, flexibility and impact resistance of the plate form trailer are significantly improved, which is of great significance to the research of EDR testing technology and industrial development.

EDR 低速碰撞试验中板式拖车的结构设计与优化
虽然近十年来我国交通事故数量逐年下降,但仍是世界上交通事故高发国家之一。EDR(事件数据记录仪)可以获得传统事故调查无法获得的参数,成为交通事故数据库的重要补充内容。根据 EDR 低速碰撞试验的要求,本文设计了一种板式挂车进行试验。通过加工和试验验证,对平板拖车车身、转向机构和试验车固定装置进行了结构优化。经过结构优化后,平板拖车的兼容性、柔韧性和抗冲击性都得到了显著提高,对 EDR 试验技术研究和产业发展具有重要意义。
