Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of response to and treatment of emergency by highway dispatching commands, a highway dispatching command system was developed based on knowledge base technology. Event auto-recognition, GPS, GIS, 3G, Web, video and some other technologies were used to implement the system. In this paper, we studied how to create an emergency resource scheduling scheme, an on-site disposal scheme and an information dissemination scheme with digital responding plans, rule-based reasoning, case-based reasoning, path identification and other techniques.
