Abstract

Technology, specifically wearable devices and sleeptracking apps can help individuals monitor and improvetheir sleeping habits. These devices use sensors totrack parameters such as onset of sleep, duration, andnumber of nighttime awakenings. While there arelimitations to the current technology, such asinaccuracies and reliance on user reporting, futureadvancements can lead to more accurate andpersonalized tracking, as well as integration with otherhealthcare devices. Overall, wearable sleep devices andapplications have the potential to significantly improvesleep quality
