The results show that the integration of BIM and virtual pre-assembly technology has many advantages over the traditional construction management. BIM与虚拟预装技术在施工管理中的应用研究
摘要:在建筑领域,预制构件(钢结构、部分混凝土结构)的虚拟预组装需要通过三维激光扫描或其他仪器获取数据,然后通过计算机虚拟模拟实现。近年来,BIM与虚拟预装的结合在一些大型、复杂的钢结构中得到越来越多的应用,特别是在技术应用上,效果良好。然而,对于BIM与虚拟预装的结合,在管理上的研究却很少。本文对BIM与虚拟预装相结合在管理中的应用进行了较为深入的研究。与传统的施工管理相比,BIM与虚拟预装相结合,优化了施工准备、质量检验、进度管理、资源协调等关键施工步骤,可以服务于项目的全生命周期。我们将BIM与虚拟预装的结合应用到大型复杂钢结构的施工管理中。结果表明,BIM与虚拟预装技术相结合,相对于传统的施工管理具有诸多优势。它可以提前发现传统管理无法发现的问题,合理配置资源。
