Abstract

In order to promote the low-carbon, safe, efficient and sustainable development of the power supply, the green power development benefit evaluation index system and the multi-attribute decision-making model are constructed to evaluate the development benefit of all kinds of green power. Firstly, considering the demands of different stakeholders, the evaluation index system of green power development benefits is constructed. Secondly, considering the interval property of index value, the Interval-value TOPSIS Multi-attribute Decision-making Model based on Fuzzy Measure (ITMD-FM) is constructed.
