Abstract

The cultivation of graduate students' innovative abilities is an important measure for the strategies of building "an innovative country" and "Talented Persons Powering the Nation". In this paper, the graduate students' innovative ability GUIUR (Government, User, Industry, University and Research Institute) practical training mode considered as a system was put forward by using the method of systematic thinking. 研究生创新能力“圭尔”实训模式体系结构模型的构建

研究生创新能力的培养是实施“创新型国家”和“人才强国”战略的重要举措。本文运用系统思维的方法，提出了将研究生创新能力guur(政府、用户、产学研)作为一个系统的实训模式。首先，系统解读了该模式的内涵，分析了该模式的要素、目的、结构、功能和环境;然后分别从主体和过程两个方面对该系统的子系统进行了分析;最后，建立了研究生创新能力guur实训模式的系统结构模型，探讨了要素之间、子系统之间以及系统与环境之间的交互关系，以期为研究生创新能力的培养提供新的思路。
