Abstract

Design and implementation of a compact dual-band antenna is presented in this paper. The antenna contains a triangular-shape patch fed through a microstrip line. A T-shape slot in conjunction with two Inverted-L shape slots contribute to improve impedance bandwidth and matching. For further improving the bandwidth, a defected ground plane has been used.
