Criteria for Evaluation of Scenarios for National Energy System Development

Abstract

This article aims to present possible criteria for evaluating scenarios for energy development, gives a discussion on their significance and proposes their qualitative descriptions. On the bases of an extensive literature review we prove that long- term energy planning and multi-criteria decision-making are enriched with using the scenario analysis.
