Analise politica e politicas educacionais : tendencias e perspectivas teorico-metodologicas

Abstract

The article discusses the academic production on public politics and its trends from the 90´s. It investigates the construction of the public politics knowledge’s field and emphasizes the challenge of diversifying research’s focuses that still are concentrated in federal sphere, by suggesting to enlarge and to verticalyze studies oriented to public politics that are developed by state governments. Through observing the balance between old and new political powers that works into political and economic changings suffered in post-republican Brazil, this text puts in evidence the concepts of power relationships and State as interpretative keys to political analysis of public politics
