DIALECTICAL CONTRADICTION COVID-19 PANDEMIC PREVENTION AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

Up to now, Vietnam has controlled well and basically repelled the Covid-19 pandemic, recognized and appreciated by the world. The production, business and daily life activities have returned to a normal state.Viet Nam is considered as a breaking point for pandemic prevention and socio-economic development. This success is due to the determination of the whole political system, officials, all class of Vietnamese people. Viet Nam has been able to make decisions quickly and enact them promptly. From that, on the basis of correct awareness and good resolution of the dialectical contradiction between the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and socio-economic development. The article focuses on analyzing and clarifying the dialectical contradiction between the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and socioeconomic development, and how to resolve this contradiction ; thereby proposing some basic solutions to well deal with the relationship between the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and current socio-economic development in Vietnam.
