Abstract
Our case report describes obstetric right brachial plexus injury leading to Erb's palsy and Klumpke's palsy with ipsilateral paralysis of diaphragm in a 9-month-old baby without Horner's syndrome. The baby required initial right brachial plexus root exploration and nerve grafts, later requiring surgical plication of diaphragm.
