Abstract

The classification of monitoring systems and communication systems as a base of MS are examined in this paper. Organization of global MS is suggested here on the base of the short-wave communication system ldquoMARSrdquo (mobile automatic radio system). Some ldquoMARSrdquo technical features and integration capability with other communication systems are considered in this paper.
