Abstract

This paper mainly discussed the performance test of the sample hybrid electrical bus on the dynamometer test bench for analyzing the driving ability and the fuel economy. And the fuel economy conversion method of the conventional bus was introduced according to the characteristics of the hybrid electrical vehicle (HEV). In addition, in order to further improve the performance of HEV, the new control strategy was presented on the basis of the primary control algorithm.
