Our approach is facilitated by Formal Concept Analysis (FCA) for constructing domain-specific ontologies to model position requirements and applicants’ competences. To evaluate our approach, we implement a prototype and conduct a case study. Abstract
Human resources (HR) recruitment is still a major challenge for many organizations since HR recruitment officers need to spend lots of time and effort to find the best candidate from a large number of applicants for a job position.
