Based on physical-chemical analysis, the influence of high current arcing on micro appearance of surfaces of contact plate and material composition of erosion area were studied. Scanning electron microscope combining with energy depressive spectroscopy was used to observe the surface morphology of contact plate after large current interrupting tests, and was analyzed the composition content in serious erosion area of contact plate. The results showed that after several operating years there was a melted layer exceeded 100μm thick and copper element of superficial zone was concaved down due to evaporation. Abstract

Vacuum interrupter(VI) is the most important part of vacuum circuit breaker(VCB). 不同使用年限真空断流器的解剖观察及烧蚀情况研究
真空断流器是真空断路器的重要组成部分。本文对服役多年的各种制造工艺的断流器进行了解剖。观察了不同制造工艺下断流器屏蔽壳的差异、接触板的磨损现象和电弧侵蚀。在物理化学分析的基础上,研究了大电流电弧对接触板表面微观形貌和冲蚀区材料组成的影响。采用扫描电镜结合能量抑制谱对大电流断流试验后接触板的表面形貌进行了观察,并对接触板严重侵蚀区域的成分含量进行了分析。结果表明:经过数年的运行,熔覆层厚度超过100μm,表层铜元素因蒸发而凹陷;然后,对屏蔽盒和波纹管上的附着物成分进行了分析,并对不锈钢波纹管与染色波纹管上的棕斑进行了能谱分析对比。
