The entire system includes two parts, which are desktop system and handheld system. Desktop system consists of data management module, data analysis module and databases, and is developed with Visual C++ 6.0. Data management module provides functions to add, query, delete and modify data. MySQL databases are used to achieve the structural storage of maize traits that need to be observed or measured in breeding process. Handheld system runs on the handheld terminal such as a wearable PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), and is used for recording, storing and classifying the breeding information according to growth stages in field in a fast and efficient paperless way. It is developed with Visual Studio 2008 C# language on WinCE environment. Data in handheld terminals can be automatically synchronized with desktop database via USB connection and Microsoft ActiveSync software. This information acquisition and management system has been put into use for over one year, and can run smoothly and stably with required convenience. 为了使玉米育种工作者能够电子化地采集田间信息,科学、高效地存储和分析实验数据,设计并实现了玉米育种信息采集与管理系统。整个系统包括桌面系统和手持系统两部分。桌面系统由数据管理模块、数据分析模块和数据库组成,采用Visual c++ 6.0开发。数据管理模块提供数据的添加、查询、删除和修改功能。利用MySQL数据库实现玉米育种过程中需要观察或测量的性状的结构化存储。手持系统运行在可穿戴PDA (Personal Digital Assistant,个人数字助理)等手持终端上,用于田间按生长阶段记录、存储和分类育种信息,快捷、高效、无纸化。它是在WinCE环境下使用Visual Studio 2008 c#语言开发的。手持终端的数据可以通过USB连接和微软ActiveSync软件自动同步到桌面数据库。该信息采集与管理系统已投入使用一年多,运行平稳、稳定,具有所需的便利性。现场数据可通过手持终端随时随地方便输入和存储,通过桌面系统进行高效的进一步处理和分析,满足育种人员对育种信息的统一采集和管理。
