BPRS Artha Madani during the covid-19 pandemic.The data analysis technique in this study used SWOT analysis through interviews with the management of PT BPRS Artha Madani who has the authority to make decisions for the company and has an understanding of the research topic. Then analyzed through the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix or QSPM to determine which strategy will be prioritized in the selection of the recommended alternative strategies through the SWOT matrix.The results show that the highest score (Total Attractiveness Score) or TAS of 19.166 is Creating a personal e-commerce platform belonging to BPRS Artha Madani, an alternative name, namely Artha Madani Market. Covid-19大流行案例研究Artha Madani的商业发展战略
在2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,伊斯兰银行业面临的挑战是流动性和不良融资比率。此外,银行业流动性不均衡,导致部分银行流动性过剩,部分银行资金不足。由于疫情,PT BPRS Artha Madani在3个月内失去了第三方基金的流动性,多达98名存款人进行了大额取款。本研究的目的是为PT.
