The current financing investment process instruments are outdated and new options are required. It is essential to consider financial guarantees and financial capacity of the sale of concessions on the part of each of the counterparties. For individuals investing in state and municipal property can reduce business risks, provide a longterm stable income and grant access to property that is monopolized. Public authorities, in their turn, become capable of solving their local issues by delegating them and spending extra-budgetary resources. As a result of the study, it is concluded that concession agreements are crucial for both public authorities and individuals, but require careful consideration and financial assessment of investment attractiveness before they are concluded. Abstract

The article is devoted to the key instruments of evaluating the economic feasibility of concession agreements as an investment activity. The current financing investment process instruments are outdated and new options are required.
