The proposed method is based on exploratory and experimental interdisciplinary research, with systematic bibliographic research and study case. The results show that LSTM neural networks are able to make a reasonable estimate for the dry mass variation over time. The increasing worldwide demand for resources such as water and food brings the need for the application of scientific methods in agriculture and livestock to increase their productivity.
