Abstract
At times, the construction industry exhibits little interest in new knowledge. But there is a lot of knowledge to be acquired, produced, e.g., by the Swedish Council for Building Research. The difficulty lies in having this knowl edge utilised, in spreading it in such a way that users can assimilate it. A good client demands that the consultants should have this knowledge.
