Abstract

Recently, intercell interference coordination in het-erogenous networks attracts great attention. This paper presents an analytical framework to evaluate time mute scheme in closed access femto and macro co-existent networks. We use stochastic geometry to model the downlink scenario and derive the coverage probability of indoor macro users and femto users. Considering the selfishness of the owners of femtos, we formulate the two-tier interference coordination as pricing game, and obtain the closed-form of Nash equilibrium (NE). Simulation results demonstrate the influences of different parameters on the coverage probability of macro users achieved at the NE of the pricing game.
