An empirical juridical approach method. This research was conducted in Semarang, Pekalongan, and Magelang. The selection of three cities in Central Java is based on the purposive sampling method. Data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Primary data, secondary data. Qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the main principles of online buying and selling agreements in Central Java still prioritize trust.
