The method used in this study is an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatments were P1 (control), P2 (extract dose 30 ppm), P3 (extract dose 60 ppm) and P4 (extract dose 90 ppm). Abstract

Research on the effectiveness of ginger extract (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) against catfish (Clarias gariepinus) infected with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria aims to analyze the antibacterial effectiveness of ginger extract against catfish injected with A. hydrophilla bacteria and to analyze the optimum dose of ginger extract as an immunostimulant in control of A. hydrophila infection. 姜提取物对嗜水气单胞菌感染鲶鱼的治疗效果
生姜提取物(Zingiber officinale Rosc.)对感染了嗜水气单胞菌的鲶鱼(Clarias gariepinus)的抑菌效果研究旨在分析生姜提取物对注射了嗜水气单胞菌的鲶鱼的抑菌效果,并分析生姜提取物作为免疫刺激剂控制嗜水气单胞菌感染的最佳剂量。该研究于2021年1月26日至2021年2月26日在马塔兰大学农学院微生物实验室、数学与自然科学学院实验室和农学院水产养殖研究项目湿实验室进行,为期30天。本研究采用完全随机设计(CRD)的实验方法。处理分别为P1(对照)、P2(提取物剂量30 ppm)、P3(提取物剂量60 ppm)和P4(提取物剂量90 ppm)。结果表明,以90ppm (P4)的生姜提取物为最佳剂量,其对各项指标的影响效果最好。关键词:嗜水气单胞菌;姜提取物;鲶鱼
