For this purpose, the article considers the problem of simulation of the electric drive of the scraper conveyor to assess the energy efficiency of the power supply system in the context of the introduction of modern devices for dynamic power flow control. The block diagram of the simulation model of the scraper conveyor electric drive is presented. To account for fluctuations in the level of consumption of active and reactive power, a discrete element model of the scraper conveyor was used. Abstract

The widespread use of renewable energy sources has reduced the demand for power coal and the profitability of coal mines. In this regard, the task of increasing the energy efficiency of coal mine electrical complex becomes particularly urgent. To fulfill this task, it is necessary to perform computer modeling of the extraction district of a coal mine, taking into account the features of the operating modes of mining equipment. For this purpose, the article considers the problem of simulation of the electric drive of the scraper conveyor to assess the energy efficiency of the power supply system in the context of the introduction of modern devices for dynamic power flow control.
