The results of this studies found that the recommended diet was diet C and D formulations beacuse it can provide catfish juvenile growth response. Abstract

Pellet is replaceable with fermented duck manure in the catfish. The effect of substitution pellet feed juvenile catfish with fermented duck manure was investigated. 鸭粪发酵替代鲶鱼幼鱼饲料的效果研究
鱼丸用发酵鸭粪代替。研究了发酵鸭粪替代颗粒饲料喂养鲶鱼幼鱼的效果。利用传统食品发酵剂“Tape”对鸭粪进行酵母发酵。含有曲霉属酵母菌、酵母菌、念珠菌、汉森菌、醋酸杆菌等。添加5%颗粒/鱼/天(W/W/day)的鲶鱼饲料。4种处理饲粮分别按鸭粪总重的45% (A)、30% (B)、15% (C)和0% (D)水平投喂体重为2.75±0.05 g的鲶鱼幼鱼,饲喂30 D。本研究结果发现,饲料C和饲料D能提供鲶鱼幼鱼生长响应,故推荐饲料C和饲料D配制。发酵鸭粪可替代鲶鱼幼鱼饲料,最高可占鲶鱼饲料的15%。
