Abstract

Writing in authoring curricula for scholars is one of the most important types of classification and writing that researchers should pay attention to. The choice fell on writing in explaining the jurisprudential interpretation approach of Imam Abd al-Aziz bin Abd al-Salam in his book Ahkam al-Jihad and its Virtues to demonstrate the importance of this approach to this great mujtahid imam in this book despite Being a brief treatise on the rulings and virtues of jihad, but Imam Abd al-Aziz bin Abd al-Salam has a great position in ijtihad and deduction, and he is an encyclopedic scholar with his books on interpretation, jurisprudence, fundamentals, and language. Therefore, the choice in writing this research took place on the approach of this great scholar and on its author, the rulings of jihad and its virtues, because this The book talks about a specific topic in explaining the verses related to the subject of jihad and the verses contained in it, and on his selection of these verses and the statement of the rulings and meanings in these in a brief and concise manner that is not lengthy or elaborate. Therefore, the choice was made to write this research on this topic for this reason and because Imam Abdul Aziz Abdul Aziz bin Abd al-Salam does not have a book on the rulings of the Qur’an or the interpretation of the verses of rulings, so I wanted to draw attention in this research to this observation in the writings of the previous scholars and to show the understanding of the scholars in their interpretation of the verses and to show their approach in interpreting these verses and how to deal with
