Abstract

Carbon market and electricity market will play an important role as market mechanisms in implementing the double-carbon goal and building a new type of power system. At present, the national carbon market has been traded online, and the pilot construction of power spot, as the core of electricity market reform, is accelerating. The two markets are closely connected and affect each other, and have a far-reaching impact on the development of the power industry.
