Abstract

It is important to examine the symptoms of a patient's maxiro-facial systems under present conditions. As a results, long term successful esthetic and functional re-construction treatment can be obtained for cases with serious full mouth diseases. It is essential to use articulators for three-dimensionally analyze the relationship, position and movement of the lower part of the face. It is impossible to diagnose the movement of the jaw and oral esthetics without correct techniques for transferring information to the articulators. This case will show how to gather information from the patient and how to transfer it to the articulator.
