To this end, a survey was conducted on workers at social service agencies for the disables, and the final data of 197 people were analyzed. As a result, it was found that there was a significant difference between importance and performance in all service factors. In addition, The first quadrant included a total of 9 items as sustaining, the second quadrant included a total of 2 items as intensive management, the third quadrant included a total of 6 items as gradual improvement, and the fourth quadrantsegment included a total of 2 service items as overinvestment avoidance. Abstract
