Abstract

Background of the study: Mental health literacy is a very important skill because mental health is as important as physical health. University students must have mental health literacy because they face heavy pressure in the learning process and in social interactions. Academic libraries can play an active role in creating students' mental health literacy.Purpose: to identify and explain how the role of academic libraries in creating students' mental health literacy. Method:  It is a literature review, namely reviewing the books, journal articles, news, reports on mental health, mental health among students, the function and role of the academic library. 高校图书馆在培养学生心理健康素养中的作用
研究背景:心理健康素养是一项非常重要的技能,因为心理健康和身体健康一样重要。大学生在学习过程和社会交往中面临着巨大的压力,必须具备心理健康素养。高校图书馆在培养学生心理健康素养方面可以发挥积极作用。目的:确定并解释高校图书馆在培养学生心理健康素养中的作用。方法:采用文献综述法,即对有关心理健康的书籍、期刊文章、新闻、报道、学生心理健康、高校图书馆的功能和作用进行综述。接下来,将研究结果与研究者的思想结果进行协同。研究发现:高校图书馆可开展多种活动,通过馆藏建设为学生提供便捷的心理健康信息源,并提供心理健康角;促进图书馆的精神卫生馆藏;通过研讨会等活动组织精神卫生扫盲运动;与心理学家和精神科医生等心理健康专业人员合作,提供健康咨询设施。结论:高校图书馆利用自身资源,与专业人员合作,在培养学生心理健康素养方面可以发挥积极作用。
