Change management in supply chain

Abstract

Many companies are integrating changes in their supply chains to achieve their strategic goals of flexibility, lower costs, increase market share, improve performance … etc. The objective of this research is to first analyze examples of change that can be integrated into the supply chain as part of the company's strategy. We then present three methods of change management with an emphasis on their key practices. These are the “Enterprise Knowledge Development — Change Management Method” (EKD-CMM), Information System Urbanization method (IS Urbanization) and the SCOR method. We will analyze these three methods in a future article, with the aim of building a method adapted to the supply chain.
