The center aims at developing the technological and scientific knowledge of various stakeholders in major economic sectors in member states. It is governed by a Board of Governors, an Executive Director and Staff, and a Technical Committee. The Board consists of a standing representative designated by the Government of Jordan and additional representatives nominated by member states. It reviews the administrative and financial status of the center and the implementation of its programme of work.
