[Functional treatment of uncomplicated extension transcondylar fractures of the humerus in children].

Abstract

In the article is summarized experience of early functional treatment of children with extension trans-condyle fractures of humerus proposed by the authors. The proposed method allows to achieve complete restoration of the damaged elbow joint function in 40 +/- 2 days after the fracture reposition and to obtain excellent functional results with 85% of patients.
