Total power gain of antenna array is greater than 12dB. The antenna array was designed and simulated by means of HFSS computer code. Abstract

Paper presents a design of (1×4) fractal antenna array for the C-band satellite-TV ground station. The microstrip line feeding network of the array is realized on the same board with radiating elements, and combined with the shorting-pin to reduce the antenna elements size.
