Based on the proposed concept, in the time of crisis a firm can develop strategic agility metacapabilities including resource fluidity, leadership unity, and strategic sensitivity through effective dealing with the resilience tensions. Abstract
The study aims at exploring the concepts of strategic agility and entrepreneurial resilience in the events of crisis. The conceptual model of entrepreneurial resilience tensions as predictor for obtaining strategic agility will be proposed with the directions fur future studies outlined.
