Abstract

Recently, long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have emerged as crucial players in the initiation and progression of multiple cancers including gastric cancer (GC). LncRNA HOXA11 antisense RNA (HOXA11- AS) has been found to be an oncogenic factor in GC. However, the molecular mechanisms responsible for these oncogenic properties have not been thoroughly elucidated.
