The mixer is designed to operate at RF frequencies of 93.7-94.7GHz, LO center frequency of 46.3GHz, IF frequency of 1.6GHz. The LO signals are obtained using frequency doublers with MMIC. The simulation performance of the subharmonic mixer shows that the best conversion loss is less than 10dB over the range of 88-100GHz.
