This paper describes architecture of switching element of broadband associative switching network. The structural relations are based on group theory and associative calculus. Application of group theory permits to describe switching elements as finite automaton, which executes procedures of switching and route selection on hardware logic level. Abstract
This paper introduces model of associative switching network, based on binary relations of associative calculus, group theory and finite state automaton. This paper describes architecture of switching element of broadband associative switching network. The structural relations are based on group theory and associative calculus. Application of group theory permits to describe switching elements as finite automaton, which executes procedures of switching and route selection on hardware logic level. So, switching elements can be implemented on the optical and optoelectronic basis.
