Secondly, to analyze the key components of nuclear problems between Iran and America from a constructive perspective. Thirdly, to lay the foundations to analyze US policy toward the Middle East by recognizing how they proceeded with nuclear negotiations with Iran. The JCPOA was seen as one of the Obama administration's main achievements, but it was decimated when President Donald Trump unilaterally withdrew in 2018. However, since Biden's election as president, he has been making steady efforts to revive the process. Abstract
