The purposes of this study are to determine the condition of drainage channels in UB campus area, so as to know the exact location for placement of UB-Drain to reduce runoff. Several analysis are required in order to plan UB-Drain, such as hydrology and hydraulics aspects. This study is using a Log Pearson type III method for design rainfall with Q 5 return is 122,84 mm/day and using the Modified Rational Method for analyze of runoff discharge. The drainage evaluation based on capacity of existing drainage channels and circulation system of drainage network with comparing the water level/ head and the value travel time . The result is 19 out of 27 channels were found unable to save and drain water. Abstract

Brawijaya University is a campus that continues to develop. This development has an impact on reducing the infiltration area. Due to poor water management, there are puddles at some points.
