Abstract
Thermophilic bacteria are bacteria that are able to survive in environmental conditions with high temperatures. 嗜热细菌是能够在高温环境条件下生存的细菌。嗜热细菌是热稳定酶的重要来源之一,可以从温度为50-80℃的温泉等地热环境中分离出来。本研究的目的是从巴布亚Moso Muara Tami区温泉中分离和鉴定当地分离的嗜热细菌。结果表明,经表型鉴定的7株分离菌株(A1、A2、A3、A4、B1、B2和B3)均属芽孢杆菌属。关键词:嗜热菌,鉴定,分离,鉴定,表型
