Bone density and dimensional changes will be evaluated by (CBCT) after 3 and 6 months. Results: The vertical bone and horizontal bone resorption showed a statistically significant decrease in study group than control by (study: 6,1 %, control 10 %) at 3 months. The bone density was increased in both groups after 3 and 6 months, however it was a statistically significant increase in study group than control the healing is improved with a statistically significant increase in the second week than the first week in both groups. 目的:探讨富血小板纤维蛋白和胶原膜覆盖白细胞对牙槽嵴的保护作用。对象和方法:选择有一颗上颌前磨牙需要拔牙的患者40例,分为两组:研究组:拔牙槽位20个,采用胶原膜覆盖的L-PRF。对照组:以20个拔牙套为对照。随访3、7、14天,评估患者愈合指数。术后3个月和6个月分别行CBCT检查骨密度和尺寸变化。结果:研究组垂直骨吸收和水平骨吸收在3个月时明显低于对照组(研究组为6.1%,对照组为10%),差异有统计学意义。治疗3个月和6个月后,两组骨密度均有所增加,但研究组骨密度比对照组骨密度增加有统计学意义。治疗2周后,两组骨密度均比对照组骨密度增加有统计学意义。结论:白细胞与富血小板纤维蛋白(L-PRF)联合胶原膜可加速拔牙窝骨填充物的形成,增加其密度,减小其尺寸变化。
