Based on which this paper presents a strategy for ADN optimal operation. The proposed strategy optimizes the operation cost of ADN and uses the standard deviation of expectations calculated by PLF. The strategy can not only avoid the situation that all unbalanced power is undertaken by the superior grid, but also improve the security and economy of system operation. Abstract
