Abstract

Neuromorphic computing is a field of electronics that uses the similar principles as human brain does. In this paper we show that a spin Hall oscillator based on an antiferromagnetic dielectric material can operate as a terahertz-frequency neuron in neuromorphic schemes. Also, we show that such AFM-neurons can execute most of the logical operation.
