Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Understanding Tax Regulations, Tax Rates and Taxpayer Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance with e-Commerce users. The research method used is quantitative research using a questionnaire, this research is distributed to 100 Online Shopping Taxpayers in Depok City. The sample collection technique is Convenience Sampling, data analysis in this study was conducted using data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and test coefficient of determination. 本研究的目的是确定了解税收法规、税率和纳税人意识对纳税人遵从电子商务用户的影响。研究方法为定量研究,采用问卷调查法,本研究以100名德柏市网上购物纳税人为对象。样本采集技术为便利抽样,本研究的数据分析采用数据质量检验、经典假设检验、多元回归分析、t检验、F检验和检验决定系数。结果表明,部分了解税收法规不影响电子商务纳税人的合规性,税率不影响电子商务纳税人的合规性,纳税人意识影响电子商务用户的纳税人合规性。同时了解税收法规、税率和纳税人意识影响着电子商务用户的纳税行为。
