Abstract

Dynamic experimental data of sorption and desorption phase of L-lysine ion-exchange purification process are investigated. The behaviour of the experimental data is described through non-linear dynamic mathematical models, taking into account the relationship between L-lysine concentration and pH of the culture broth, temperature, flow rate, etc. The adequacy of the proposed time series models is confirmed by simulation research.
