Abstract

Stretch Forming Lattice Structure (SFL), composed of upper chord, lower chord, vertical web member and lateral support member, is a self-balance structure. Using APDL (ANSYS Parametric Design Language), static analyses are conducted for the fully forming process of SFL with a long span of 90m. Result show that both geometrical and material nonlinear analysis of structure is necessary to SFL, and the upper chord is the most important prestress-carrying members in the forming process in comparison with the vertical web and the lateral support members etc, and mainly subjected to the bending moment in comparison with the axial force.
