In this context, the “recommendations” from Britain and the USA were researched regarding the areas such as law, economy, citizenship, military and education; and then the question to what extent these recommendations were influential on the transformation process that occurred within these areas were handled. Abstract
The Ottoman Empire went through a highly significant change and transformation process at the period following the declaration of Tanzimat Edict (1839) regarding the mechanism and philosophy of administration.
