Thirdly, find out an efficient way to reduce workload (cash flow orientated) of the business owners and the way to attract them to adopt the usage of self-sufficient technology. Abstract

At the present time there are many business owners who are still managing their organizations as a manager with an old style management system. This paper seeks to explore the IT service innovation to upgrade a structural of the steel logistic business with minimum impact on work and production.
